We pride ourselves on the easy navigation that we've set up on our website: the navigation bars are at the top (and sometimes the bottom), and there are only 5 main categories to choose from. All of the pages in our site can be reached from one of the 5 main icons at the top of each page. Have fun! We are in the process of re-organizing some of our sections of the website...

Birthday Parties have their own page!
This page will make it more convenient for parents to plan any kind of family party. We've included party rentals, balloons, party favors, cakes and catering, entertainment, services and venues. Check it out! www.santacruzkids.com/parties.html Our web site comes up #1 on the Google Search Engine unpaid listings for "Santa Cruz birthday parties". (August, 2008)

Kid-Friendly Restaurants
Check out the Santa Cruz Sentinel article in Donna Maurillo's column. Then, go to our kid-friendly restaurant page and read what other parents have said about Santa Cruz' best family-friendly restaurants. Email us with your favorite family restaurants, your kid's favorite dishes, and what else is special about the restaurant. Lastly, try a few of the restaurants on our list and tell the owner you saw them on santacruzkids.com

santacruzkids.comwas born in April, 2000. While looking for summer programs for our kids, we decided that there was a need for a more convenient way to access all of the information relevent to parents, so we created a place where everyone could access it easily! By the time we were a year old, we were at or near the top of the search engines for Santa Cruz preschools, private schools, summer camps, recreation, family events, and other subjects.

We list everything that we find relevant to children: summer programs, by geographical location within the county and color-coded by the activity; recreational activities, including sports, restaurants, trips, arts, water and outdoors; dramatic productions, movies and other events, schools, from daycares and preschools up through colleges, both public and private; and lots of other resources, including books, clothes and toys, babies and pregnancy resources, food, and many other resources, including non-profit agencies. Have you been to the Calendar? The link is at the top of every page and gets updated a couple of times a week. We like to list just family events. Check it out! It's color-coded and full of up-to-date family fun!

If you would like to be listed on our site, email us. We're open to suggestions on how this site can better serve your needs.

When using our search engine, use a + between words that go together, such as Roaring+Camp or quotes, such as "Tierra Pacifica"
