- We will consult with you on your home sale. We will educate you about the market so that you will make an informed decision that is right for you. We will never try to make that decision for you.
- We will help you to properly stage your home to sell. We will do this by offering you tips on how to rearrange furniture, what repairs to make, and what to pack away before we begin showing the house.
- You will receive weekly updates on the progress of your listing. These may come as phone calls, letters, or e-mails.
- You will receive a copy of each ad we place for your home within a week of when it was run.
- We will keep all of your personal information confidential except what you expressly tell us to share with buyers and their agents.
- We will review the market and how your house is positioned in relation to the market on a monthly or bi-monthly basis depending on your individual needs. We will make recommendations based on these reviews.
- We will be honest and fair in all our dealings with you and the buyers of your home.
- We place all offers received at the top of our priority list, everything else comes second.
- We will negotiate on your behalf to get you the best deal while still maintaining a positive relationship between us and the people on the buyer’s side of the deal.
- When you accept an offer on your house, you will receive a list from us of all the things you need to do before closing.
- We want to know how you are feeling throughout the process. We deal with a lot of people in transition and we can often offer you tools that will help you to better handle the stresses involved in your move.
