After receiving his Bachelors and Master's degrees in Geology, Dan worked in the petroleum business throughout the western United States. Moving to Santa Cruz in 1986, Dan helped manage Commercial Pacific Savings Bank and developed expertise with marketing financial services and in residential and commercial lending. Leaving banking, Dan again put his degrees to work in the Environmental Consulting and Hazardous Waste remediation business with a focus on sales and client development. Finally, Dan began his real estate career in 1995. In 2005, Dan became the President of the Santa Cruz Association of Realtors, and was voted REALTOR of the Year for 2005 by his peers. | Contact:

Beginning her professional career as a Buyer for Leask's Department Store in Santa Cruz, Lyn became a banker for AllState Savings and Commerical Pacific Savings Bank. Switching from Banking to Residential Lending, Lyn became a successful Loan Officer by listening to the client and tailoring the needs of that client to a particular loan solution. She eventually became the Vice President of Residential Lending managing all loan operations for the bank.
